In 1995, District voters approved a $6.0 million bond measure D.
In 2010, $8 million in general obligation bonds were authorized by an election held in Hope School District to approve measure L. Measure L was to finance the installation of photo voltaic solar systems, to upgrade and renovate existing facilities, and to furnish and equip schools as needed and permitted by law to accordance with the ballot proposition authorizing the issuance of the bonds.
The District currently has three outstanding bond issuances: the Election of 2010, Series 2010A; 2013 General Obligation Bonds; and Series 2014 bonds.
